Come on directors this is edging on rudeness. As you are too busy to return phone calls a little news would be appreciated.
Listing rule 3.1 states “Once an entity is or becomes aware of any information concerning it that a reasonable person would expect to have a material effect on the price or value of the entity’s securities, the entity must immediately tell the ASX that information.”
In your case no news would be news. After all the progress expectations put forward for this quarter, any hold up to that progress requires shareholders to be notified.
How is the Cerviscreen launch going? How are Truscreen sales? When can we expect a maiden profit? Have you secured a distribution partner for Cerviscreen? What happened to the regular newsletters you used to send out?
