Yeah, thats a real fudge in the announcement saying the price now is 60% below the lower NTA guidance, given the share price they are talking about is 1 and half months after the NTA date.
If the property valuation drop of 1% consequently dropped the NTA by 4.7% or thereabouts, imagine what a slump in property valuation of 10% since December 31st would do.
Just supposing that is.
