    So details on the convertible notes in appendix b, heaps of dilution as anticipated. Didn’t scroll far enough on my break at work today.

    More cash to keep paying the family.

    $10m appears to be for new shares in the spinoff company but the level of dilution to existing shareholders is not provided.
