Once again, similar words from the director JB..... we had a chat yesterday and he has updated me on the current situation. He stated it is an incredibly drawn out process but one they have worked diligently through. He gave me permission to pass this on...
"We are fast progressing the documentation and other than say soon or that we are trying our best to get the final documentation signed asap, we cannot say anymore.
The legal/documentation process is a difficult one even in the easiest of jurisdictions such as Australia.
There are many complexities in finalising a transaction in the DRC and where you have a state owned mining company involved.
We have progressed this to the point where as we said in the last quarterly we expect to get completed this month and we continue to push towards that.
I am in SA next week and hopefully our CFO/Company Secretary Andrew Steers will be joining me as well to assist in finalising."
At current levels I do believe this is a steal, however we will have to wait for the verdict on this one to find out the true value.
Not looking too bad on the technicals considering the delays. Decent bounce yesterday off the LT trendline at 1.7 but would like to see more volume arrive to support this range.
