Just out of curiosity what percentage of SH need to agreed for a TO to go ahead, not specifically ARL just ASX in general?

I would think ARL would be difficult to get a controlling stake with over 70% of the registry held by the 92. Yes I know that number sounds crazy though based on figures from OCT 2017 the details are as follows.

100,00+ Shares Held by 92 Holders. Totals shares held 59,669,439 or 73.8% before loyalty options.
Further 57.17% is held by the top 20 holders.

Final note congrats to those who are lucky enough to be in the 92 and number 18 of the top 20 if I rember correctly (You know who you are haha), if Q3 is as we expect we will have a very merry AGM.
