Responsibility yes but when a business (or premises) has a Gas combustion train installed it is required to be certified to the relevant country act, regulations, standards, etc. This can be done by a qualified installer and the gas company will not supply Gas without it. Same goes if you make any modifications needs to be re certified.
Hopefully we are certified and its the Gas Companies processes holding us up only.
