I think it's very poor performance, lack of results by end of Dec, no drilling, huge mistakes in fending off the takeover including inappropriate cap raising, involvement of amateur advisors Azure who are clearly not up to this type of job, failure to raise full entitlements, Falak's deal with FAS, share price disaster. Now this all happened fending of a minnow, imagine how bad the results would have been had the suitor been more resourceful than FAS?
