It has never had anything to do with Latitude selling as as of 26th Oct 07 they sold ALL of their 85 million shares to institutional investors.
" LAT place 85m TMR share holding with institutional investors Tamaya Resources Ltd (ASX: TMR and the “Group”) has been advised by Latitude Resources plc(“Latitude”) that Latitude has sold its shareholding in TMR through placements with a number of institutional investors."
I believe the current sell off is due to the very ordinary quarterly report and the fact they failed to post any profit (or loss) figures for the quarter which they had freely given in previous quarters so we will have to wait until the end of March for the Annual Report!
The good news this week is that most of the problems from the Dec Q have been addressed and management seem very much on top of these challenges going foreward and the drilling results from Dalmacia this Quarter following an "outstanding open pit exploration discovery"
