Greenspan all suggest the America should have zero interest rate since printing money and give it away is easier than earn it through hard work.
He is responsible for at least half dozen criss by printing a lot of money. Now the whole Wall Street know the trick, screw up the whole America, and even the whole world badly, Greenspan or his successor will bail them out by robbing poor people through inflation.
Back to CTS, there is still some problem with the management. The Geoff guy is too technical, cannot communicate it with market. And the management team and the board are too lazy, don't want to do anything, except spread a few rumors, and have no play to develop the deposit fast.
