Steve. I'm guessing the WGX debacle was Sommers generated as they also had a position one WGX. This might have caused some serious hostility and the board may have taken a stand resulting in a NO DEAL vote and may also explain why Andrew Fraiser was not at the recent AGM puffing out his chest like he has in the past.
