yes -govt a worry with these things sometimes -re the ndis, i thought it would take a couple of years for the government to wake up to the overspending (possible overservicing and service pushing) -it might still, but i see talk of 40% cuts for services it pays for!!
hence may explain a little of the weakness in past few days
