    Hi,

    Can someone please let us know what Mr Scott actually proposed?

    I hold MFS shares and certainly hope a good outcome. But before we go for the EGM, we need to know more about what Mr Scott proposed, and the feasibility of his proposal.

    I believe mfs need more than $250m Mr Scott mentioned to make creditors and investors feel comfortable.
