I am not sure how the shareprices of CNE and WPL have any bearing on the outcome of Arbitration?
SNE makes up anywhere from 2-5% of WPL's valuation so any loss of SNE will hardly impact WPL's shareprice given it would free up capital/cash to inject into other projects or maintain high div payout ratio.
CNE has producing oil fields and also is not really going to be impacted by Arbitration, its % WI remains the same and it can sell down if and when it pleases.
