4-7 is a gradual hike, normal inflationary pressure & gradual economic growth. We had big hike to teen before, but our Property price hasn’t gone down below 1990 price. At the end of the day, Inflation always win, why? Because fiat currency is losing it value, thanks to monetary printing machine. Another basic economy 101.
