Interested to know what posters believe will be the quantum of funds raised from shareholders in the about to close Entitlement Offer.
Is it only Riva who are taking up the shortfall (or subscribing for new shares post the Entitlement Offer closure)? - MSM have mentioned several times that there are "a number of parties" but there has been no detail on who those parties are and the extent of their funding commitment.
Does anyone know if Riva has any let-out clauses in their funding commitment agreement - that is: is it absolutely unconditional?
It defies commercial understanding that Riva (or anyone else) would underwrite or enter into a totally unconditional agreement to subscribe for a shortfall in a Share Issue - months ahead of an Issues closure without some let-out clauses like share price at the particular time or Market Index or the normal war and other such clauses. In 20 years in the market - i have never seen a completely unconditional underwriting of an issue like this - particularly when the stock was suspended for 5 months
It makes no sense for Riva (or anyone else) not have any let-out conditions or that they (or anyone else) will happily cough up $2 million at nearly twice the price of the current market price.
This is not being negative or down-ramping - it is asking legitimate questions and raising legitimate concerns. If you cannot or will not answer them or consider them - you are putting on very dark blinkers and escaping to a fool's paradise.
If Riva come good - more power to them for their courage and vision - It will be one of the more gutsy backings I have seen.
On a separate point: Can those who have prepared, supported and drooled over the chart that shows the projected share price of MSM going to 11 cents over the next short while - describe how they derived that figure and then declare that they weren't just making it up and massively misleading everyone to a point of it being highly, highly suspect. I have had 3 specialist and respected chartists do independent analysis of the projected share price for MSM and all say that projecting a price of 11 cents is completely inaccurate and absolutely unsupportable.
