It is imperative that there be an inquiry in the T card imroglio.
The news about the project was as scarce as hens teeth during the project.

The Gov through its many ministers was less than candid in their pronouncements.
There is a lot of linen to be aired.
And guess what ...............the freedom loving democratic Mr Watkins does NOT want a public inquiry.
There is linen there that is VERY SOILED.
It would jeopardise the Govs case in court.
So the TRUTH would jeopardise the case.
The fact is that Mr Costa DID NOT WANT TCARD.
Right from the day he changed the contract terms to include the school cards into its orbit ...Mr Costa was a Tcard enemy.
Mr Costa calls the shots.
Mr Watkins is VERY QUIET.
And so is ERG.
The next step is the RECAPITALISING, with Duncan Saville owning practically all.
Then a protracted court case.
