Trump is a psyop master. Good cop / bad cop is a game we're all familiar with, but there's enough irrational emotive 'rhetoric' being thrown about that no-one notices.

1 - Appoint a bloke to a job where they're out of touch and in opposition with public opinion.
2 - Do the opposite of what the appointed bloke is spouting, making him look like the hero.
3- Repeat.

Keeps everyone off balance, and the opposition can't use traditional methods. Asymmetric debating easily invalidates their argument every time he pivots.

Interested to see how he adapts stance and technique in later rounds once his patterns are recognisable. Don't hold out much hope that his opposition will adapt though, they seem to just react, making them easy to lead into a corner. That's what lazy outrage culture gets you instead of building a better alternative that others will adopt organically.

All the outrage does is divide, so he can conquer. The triggered make enemies by accusing those that might have been allies, attempting to enforce prejudice against those they accuse of being prejudiced.

Stupid humans. Bring on the rise of the robots. I'd prefer the clarity of hard-coded logic to the chaos of biochemical imbalance. Much harder to hack systems than citizens.
