if you believe anything mfs put out over '07 you are a brave fellow

the last thing I saw was ebitda of $220mm for '08 and $280mm for '09 in late november so no idea where your number is from; and you can bet your bottom dollar that mfs definiton of ebitda aint what the markets is, so in summary the $280mm is wishful thinking and 35% of that EBITDA when you take into account tax, amortisation, interest, one-offs aint that much and certainly won't service their remaining debt
