Zip you should take the time to read a little on PE with respect to JOA's. There are lots of resources available on the net discussing the legal aspects from a positive and a negative view of the potential outcomes.
FAR didn't have the finances, a cap raise for >USD$400m would have killed the shareprice and they have never operated anything through to development. So my take isn't particularly left field.
I am pretty sure I haven't seen you rate one of numerous overly positive posts for bias so I am curious why my post which clearly says the notice may have been inadequate gets a special mention. Bias much?
