Kosmos Energy Completes Transaction with BP in Senegal

"DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 23, 2017-- Kosmos Energy (NYSE: KOS) announced today that it has received government approval and completed its previously announced transaction with BP in Senegal."
While BP have govt approval, Woodside have um er 'permission to participate' and a 'govt arrete'
Petrosen would have seen the notorious PE notice so im thinking they dont rate Cops chances either hence the above.
In oil and gas terms Wpl have pretty much been issued a site visitors badge..
