You really have a sad view on life - and you do not appear to be happy in or with Australia.
I think that time will show that Rivkin will get treated like everybody else - he is entitled to his current strategy but there are other alternatives to his periodical detention and I'm confident that one will eventually be implemented.
As far as my memory goes the Packers and Murdochs lost heaps on Onetel - they were the main ones proposing the rights issue and once the extent of the disaster was evident they pulled the plug - I'm not sure why you are suggesting that they took advantage of their power in the community.
