jadel ... i'll humour you with a reply - although your post doesn't justify one.
1) call me stupid but i have taken ip2's word for it. if you read the thread then two posts above mine he says he is not short and wouldn't know how. given his disclosure is "no stock held" ip2 has clearly gone to the trouble to change the drop down box. no rocket science there buddy,
2) yes i am long, and am NOW negative on the stock. what you seem to forget is that this saga (ie. the suspension) has been going on for a long time. if you go back to my posts in the earlier days after the suspension i was actually at that stage more positive on the out - even thinking it could go back to $3 and above quite easily. But jadel, soooooo much has happened since the initial suspension (contingent liabilities called upon, funds withdrawals suspended, reputation trashed like very rarely happens). In my opinion, which you or noone else is obliged to follow, the information in the public arena has me much more negative on the outlook that i would like to be for a stock that i hold. i would go as far as saying that anyone who is not more concerned now than they were on black friday is kidding themselves. that's doesn't mean they have to think the company will fold, just that a lot has changed - most of it negative.
So where am I coming from, as you ask? IMO i am simply doing my best to be objective about the current MFS position. If you don't appreciate it, well, not much i can do about that.
If any clarification is needed let me know. If you and enough others would only prefer to only hear the upside let me know and I will limit my posts to stocks such as AMU that are not going through financial issues.
