There's no doubt EuroChem is a genuine big hitter in the global fertiliser industry, the boss bloke married a model, owns a couple of impressive tinnies, reputedly has been generous to numerous charities and hangs out in Monaco presumably with lots of other super-rich Russians. I can't see anywhere that suggests that either Melnichenko or EuroChem are affected by sanctions so their signing up with Colluli should be fantastic for arranging the finance.
