    Strikes me as good news.

    Either a separate TiVaN will be built, earning a net % royalty of revenue for the IP (~2-2.5%). Or, the two co's will construct a TiVaN together, likely reducing TNG's Capex.

    It also sets TNG up as a bit of a takeover play in 1-2 years once all approvals are in place imo.
