This is a spec stock , means speculative and if you look up the meaning of this ....

This is high risk /high reward stuff , and imo , can go either way.
I have no idea of your holding and your average buy price , none of my business. From my experience , and I have done the same , if this is starting to impact on your well being , maybe time to take a break and maybe sell down to a more comfortable level.
As I said , I am not telling you what to do , but am concerned about where you are going.
