sorry south I don't think a new board can help. You have to look at the underlying gross margins on the production side in China. These are going to get chewed out by inflationary pressures. Can Style pass the costs on? Personally I don't think so, its a very competitive market. erosion of margin at the productio level will seriusly impact the company.
Anopther serious issue is maintaing quality control as production rises. Minor slip ups in this area can really wack the profits and destroy confidence in the product.
you also have to appreciate how tough it is running a factory in China. as soon as you start making money the problems start! Such as, "hey you didn't renew your licience for fire equipment on time, we need $xxxx to fix the problem" this kind of stuff never stops!
