To be quite frank the takeover deal is a silly one. To structure a two tiered offer is quite bizarre and i can only wonder what the directors have been offered to incentivise this. Either they want us or they dont...its not a merger of equals and if it was it would still trade on asx post merger.
I hold many many multiples of the 80c offer so the acquirer should make me an offer for all my shares if you want them and the directors should be seeking this for their shareholders.
Alternatively scrap the deal and let me sell at true value in the future which i think is more around the $1 mark given all their great announcements.
