It doesn't hurt at all. I support a more assertive approach to North Korea and Trump may have brought that. The North Koreans can't give the Americans what they want which is denuclearisation and nor can they politically liberalise. What we're seeing is either the North Korean leader playing Trump, or signing his own death warrant. For now I'm not sure which.
