Part 2 is all smell no bite with your 0.009 ozl share for every AVB share. Not worth it. IMO either keep all AVB shares, if one predict OZL will end up with less than 50% and just be a major holder and AVB gets to develop and extract the value, or sell the whole lot on market for cash and move on to something else.
