If you use Intec's independant valuation (pre jv refurbish ) $20m plus the ~$5m refurbish plus various later upgrades/improvements say $3m and a small percentage for overall increased (inflation) value equals say $30m.Thats 5.5 cents per share for the mill alone and would be conservative and independant at that.
