If this were to be fact wouldn't we see this on top 20 and substantial shareholder notices way before it gets to the stage of a takeover bid. Recently got bent over with the takeover of PGO, was their major shareholder "Hanking" that successfully performed the takeover and from memory they had 30% when the offer was made.
Def something to keep an eye on but don't see the need for panic at this stage.
One quest I have, Is there a major share holder that could be accumulating shares on behalf of someone who may be planning something once in position??
