The pending advice from the Minster for Transport regarding NWI allocations in South West Creek (50mtpa - SP3 and SP4) may not be favourable to FMG nor Roy Hill. NWI was formed as an alliance of junior miners. The Government may not want this TO process to circumvent the intent of supporting juniors and if juniors cant deliver (as proven), then the south west creek allocations should go to market and not be automatically transferred to one of the majors. I'm sure CE has recently made the Government aware of this previous commitment to juniors. On the other hand, i'm sure the Government just wants to see growth in exports by whoever has the capacity.
