Siameseparrot - I'm not sure whether you have listened to JK on the BRR comment.

Now besides talking about the results as being "highly encouraging" ( which as I have commented earlier is not the same as saying "terrific' or "absolutely outstanding") he did say that a couple of intersections were in the "economic zone"

So either you are saying that JK is a liar and is a deceiving rogue or that he and his team can't read a set of test results to save themselves.

So which is it ?
