its sad the amount of shareholder suffering and angst the chairmen and the chairmen alone has caused here. the sp was 14.5 bid with 5 million shares the morning the results come out. the chairmen alone has in the short term wiped nearly 40% from the market cap with his incredibly selfish decision. i ask all shareholders to read AVZ corporate governance of why we have a chairman and his number 1 charter is creating shareholder value. the stress that this man has caused to fellow shareholders is beyond words. its a disgusting situation to be part of.
