Patience is all that's required. Legalisation of the weed is a tsunami engulfing the planet. Whether its for only medicinal use or recreational use is a moot point: demand will be huge either way (of course, hugerer if recreational as well!)

CAN is positioning itself as a reputable supplier (with assay labs etc). They will send their high-end product to the medicinal trade, the floor sweepings will go out to the day trippers. They can be both a premium and woollies supplier. Of course, so can many other growers, but these guys have the international networks in place. I expect the latter to lead to a t/o in the longer term.

Recent talk of a t/o surprised me as it was premature. I was not, however, surprised, that it was just media speculation and the SP has since receded. If it recedes enough I will top up.
