I know how hard it is to let go
My forms have been sitting in my in-tray week after week and occasionally I have sneered at them.
Last week I filled them in and dated them.
This morning I finally posted 'express' to get the cash component (no tax issues here) in a hurry.
All of that when I had already worked out that the value in being part of the remaining 10% was highly questionable. OZL share holders get the other 90%!
Good luck with the deliberations, it's been a battle well fought by many on many levels. Including the last X years of holding the vision firm.
PS The value is still there and if OZL do not get to 90% (it will be close but I think they will) as long as you are prepared to anti-up in any cap raising you will still have potential earnings. Problem is you will have no control over when or how that profit is spent. While I don't think OZL would set out to harm the minority I would expect them to look after their majority. You have to rely on not needing access to that money for quite a period.
