Yes, human nature hey?

One of the most memorable experiences I will take away from the AVB journey is the series of phone calls I would get on the bad days. They would all be telling me their dilemma and sharing their fear and I would be maintaining a calm face while thinking 'if only they knew how freaking leveraged I was!'

Moral of the story, we all react, it is human but it's how you deal with it that does the sorting. Take care and I will have a look


Actually, just had a look, I'm familiar with Sunstone, you are not the only one to mention them to me but they are a bit early cycle for me despite their prospectivity.
