I agree it won't be quick and hope that came through in my assessment. Given the grade of 0.2%, we're probably going to produce around 500t of Vanadium per year. If we assumed 15MWh per t of Vanadium, that's 7500MWh per year, or about 21MWh per day - so you'd need an extra 1 - 1.5MW of power generation. That's not technically challenging, but it is pricey if you do it with diesel!
