In 2007, I left BUY to get into coal bed methane. This was not of interest to the board at the time, so I left.
And worked with other partners to start and list Pure Energy Resources, focused on CBM in Tasmania and Queensland. At the time, we thought Tasmania would be the bigger prize, but the Queensland coal seams were much better.
