I personally think TLS if you're after something simple. Damaged goods too priced as such and it will always be a quasi-monopoly and at least not run by criminals. 5G will roll out next year I believe which will re-invigorate the company.
I could also recommend a few other stocks, but they're more speculative and admittedly my track record on those admittedly isn't so great so I wouldn't suggest taking my advice there! Perhaps take a look at FAR, it seems like an undervalued oil play that hasn't recovered in line with the oil price recovery. PDN, PEN, AHZ, TMT... these are the speculative "gambles" that I have out there... but honestly please don't take my advice on this.
It's rare to get "no - brainer" opportunities like shorting CBA has been.
