for what its worth I spoke to Joshua Mann from GSF this morning who advised an announcement will be forthcoming within the week as they are just sorting out some loose ends with respect to the acquisition

he also said that Johan has been working hard to advance the advanced mining projects and that discussions with the ASX surrounding Chapter 1 & 2 are looking like the current structure will be OK

thus no need to adopt the 20c minimum which will be advantageous.

So IMO no reason to be selling at present given what appears to be upcoming
