This is NOT tax loss selling - might include a bit of panic though.
If my past theory is anywhere near correct (and of course it may not be) what it means is that the levers that have been holding the SP around the $3 mark have been relaxed, at least temporarily. That will allow the SP to drift down to where the buying market wants it. Don't worry, the sellers will follow it down without the assistance of the props.
Can't explain the 'why's' behind it, but they must be. [Seems rather strange though that this is being allowed to happen just prior to the AGM.]
Still confident that 'the' deal will be done, but at nowhere near the expectations of many here - at least in the in the short to medium term (i.e. prior to Rett's P3 result).
IMO, the only matters that could conceivably put a spanner in the works that haven't yet been publicly revealed are the toxicity and manufacturing situations. However, I really wouldn't expect any problems with either of those.
