The run down on SP is Predominantly because of the lack of news, Of course the Dirk situation didn't help..But i think Sue has steadied the ship and the Good DR is a great point of contact for new and future business

i would imagine KPI's are in place for the staff its now time to produce and woe betide the ones that don't..Hence Dirk's departure you don't produce and your out and, its about time this business got professional after all the shenanigans we had to endure. I believe we will be able to trust information coming out of AJX....Will be interesting to see the corporate strategy unfold...

Feel the pain like most with the SP but she will rise again but this time on real news (and not to use a trumpism) "Fake News".....When the real news comes in you can bank it!!!
