    Thanks for the information. Anyone involved in plant operations will know that it's much more difficult to fix an existing problem than it is to get it right the first time. Not saying that Primero had nothing to do with the issue (I don't know enough about the project) but to blacklist a company because they tried to remedy an already failing operation is pretty rough.

    Besides, I'm not sure how any learnings from a $15m vanadium plant upgrade can be applied to a HPA operation.
