To be honest not sure why this wasn't just called a credit raising as opposed to a material funding announcement in the trading halt document. I'm abit disappointed it wasn't to a cornerstone investor at least and also think the free attaching options were not really necessary. However it is very good to see the directors taking some more serious skin in the company, on top of the large amount they already hold, and in addition to the on market purchases they made last quarter too, so they obviously believe strongly in the projects. With management taking a reasonable chunk of the CR, despite the dilution, hopefully we wont see too much near term selling once the raise is done.

Also interesting that the record date to get into the issue is a few weeks away. I haven't seen this before.
