I don't know much about it, but my basic understanding is that the geology software incorporates all the factors you mentioned, plus more, to produce 3D ore images, interpolated resource estimates, open pit mine plans, undergound mine plans, etc.
I imagine the software would cost a lot, maybe you can find a simple but free version.
