I know your post was not addressed to me but I suspect your questions fall over at the first one:

I don't think anyone is saying AGM is a poor company with no exploration prospects - in fact it is a good company with some interesting further potential. What is being questioned is the perception of value relative to peers in the market place. It is really quite difficult to mount a sustainable argument that AGM is worth much more than the $1 offer when projections are ocnsidered and compared with peers. On that basis ZFX is offering a good price.
It's pretty normal to price hope into expectations when you are a committed shareholder - it's certainly something I'm guilty of - however it's not something that the big money does in this type of scenario. It is they who will decide the outcome.
