I just can’t see the SP suddenly losing plus 15% of its value in the event the ‘rumoured’ CR of $40 mil at $0.75 was to take place. Sure there will be an element of share dilution but I think the CR will be viewed as a massive positive (the strong media attention today would support this positive view). Any growing company needs investment to maximise its potential and investors will scramble to snap up shares at this bargain price.
