The 1 to 16 entitlement is quite poor in my opinion. If you own 1 million shares which is valued at $33,000 ($0.33) you are only entitled to purchase 62,500 shares which is only valued at $2031.25. Sure you get the free option, but I would love to be purchasing more. Whilst I like that the directors are purchasing more. They are getting a gar superior deal.
