I think the ECB announced that it was ending QE which smashed the Euro and therefore theoretically good for the Dax. What that has to do with the rest of the world has got me but all the markets seem to have risen.
I believe it's also quad Opex in the U.S. tomorrow so all sorts of games are going to be played.
